Easy live bait and good action today. Pop pop pop We fished for a couple hours and we were able to catch three out of five sailfish, a rainbow runner and battled a hammerhead shark for a while. We also had some kingfish action too. Congratulations to Lucy, Cassidy, and Jason for all releasing their first Atlantic Sailfish. Spring is here, along with nicer weather and great fishing trips! A steady mahi bite with a scattered Sailfish and blackfin tuna has been going on when weather allows us to get out. We fished the last couple days and although The sail bite has slow down a little bit the bottom fishing has really gotten good. Big amberjacks and cobia have moved back in, and make for the perfect detour to break up the day. We still have a few days open between now and New Years and more to choose from after the beginning of the new year. Last year the Sailfish Bite was excellent during January so if you’re looking to catch one or two of them you should definitely give us a call.
